overview
In our previous post, we discussed how you can integrate ServiceNow to Ansible to OpenShift. In this post, we will show more advanced integration with our Intelligent Automation Accelerator by Stone Door Group with Red Hat® Ansible® and Dynatrace®.
Intelligent Automation Accelerator harmonizes Red Hat Ansible and Dynatrace to enable IT teams to meet and exceed their SLOs . If your automation is disconnected from APM and observability, Intelligent Automation Accelerator gets you started by deploying an integration framework between best-of-breed Red Hat Ansible and Dynatrace (Gartner Magic Quadrant 2022). The framework intelligently detects, prevents, and remediates application issues in real time.
This demo will show how Ansible Automation and Dynatrace can be used together to automatically detect and remediate change-induced service outages. In addition, the demo will show how the solution can be tied to an incident management system, in this case, ServiceNow.
